Sandra “Sandy” Jane Snow,

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness on Monday, April 26, 2021, at the age of 66 years. Sandra Jane Snow was born on January 24, 1955, in Hart, Michigan to the late LaVerne and Joan (Lee) McCloskey. On April 13, 1979 Sandy married Benjamin Snow in Paducah, Kentucky.
She spent many of her working years as a bartender, mostly at Sam’s. Sandy was a member of the Kosciuszko Club for over 20 years. She enjoyed fishing and camping, especially in West Branch. Sandy will forever be remembered for her ability to connect with all people, her selflessness to those she loved, and her loving indomitable spirit.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Benjamin Snow; three children: Daniel Cummings, Fred (Krissy) Cummings, and Leo (Christie) Cummings; 7 grandchildren: Cassandra Cummings, Nathaniel (Mikaela) Cummings, Andrew Cummings, Anniston Cummings, Samantha Snow, Leo Snow, and Tyler Cummings; four great grandchildren: Colton Cummings, Callie Jones, Parker Cummings, and Lily Cummings; one brother, Dan (Annette) McCloskey; eight in-law: Vickie McCloskey, Marlene McCloskey, Shelly McCloskey, Vern (Teresa) Snow, Kathy Teenier, Ken (Cheryl) Snow, and Christina Smith. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her four brothers: Frank McCloskey, Tom McCloskey, Brian McCloskey and Paul McCloskey.
A memorial luncheon will take place between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at American Legion Post #22, 2200 S. Niagara Street, Saginaw, Michigan, 48602. Immediate family will gather between the hours 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Honoring Sandy’s wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to American Legion Post #22.
