Sandra Torres

Torres, Sandra Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Covenant Harrison at the age of 62 years. Sandra Contreras was born July 24, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to Augustina Tovar Contreras and the late Guadalupe Contreras. She married Rafael G. Torres and he survives her. Also surviving are her mother, Augustina, three sons and two daughters and their spouses, Antonio (Rachel) Aguilar, Rafael C. (Andrea) Torres, Jr., Rene Torres and his fiance, Elizabeth Negrete, Esther (Ronnie) Valdez, Tina (Juan) Rodriguez, all of Saginaw; 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; five brothers and five sisters; many nieces and nephews. Her son, Samuel, predeceased her in 2009. She was also predeceased by one brother and one sister. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Pastor Jose Escobedo will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel on Sunday from 3:00 8:00 p.m. and then on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
