Sarah Emily (Pringle) Graham

Passed away Friday, February 3, 2017, at Caretel Inn, Bay City, MI. Age 93 years. The daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Isabelle (McNicol) Pringle was born August 14, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Donald James Graham, September 27, 1941. He passed away January 23, 1998. Sarah enjoyed helping with her children's and grandchildren's school activities, volunteered at the Soup Kitchen for 16 years, the Saginaw County Fair for 30 years, the YMCA for over 30 years, the Children's Christmas Store for 16 years, and at First Baptist Church of Saginaw's nursery. She enjoyed watching birds, collecting stamps and salt and pepper shakers, reading, swimming, and gardening. Surviving are four children, Donnajo (Charles) Smith; Donald C. Graham; Janet J. (Randy) Knepper; Roberta "Bobbi" Gorden; nine grandchildren, Carolyn Cutts; Rachel Smith; Jeff Jambor; James "Mitchell" (Kristen) Graham; Cameron Graham; Daniel O'Neal (Andreea) Graham; Katherine "Katee" Knepper; Lee Knepper; Jennifer Gorden; three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one brother, Donald Pringle; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and three sisters, two brothers, Catherine LaLonde, Gladys Wieland, Florence Axsom, Joseph Pringle and James Pringle. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Ted McCullough will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the memorial service.
