Scott Y. (Yoda) LaBelle
St. Charles, Michigan
Passed away on April 28, 2023, at at the age of 26 years. Scott was born on September 26, 1996, in Saginaw to Kip and Tanya (Fuller) LaBelle. He graduated from St. Charles High School and Saginaw Career Complex, class of 2014. Scott was a member of the bowling team all four years of high school. His senior year he was the only student from St. Charles that made it to the state championship. Scott also competed in the Business Professionals of America. As a senior he took first place in his division at the State Competition. Scott went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Network Administration and Design from Davenport University. He enjoyed online gaming and tabletop role playing games. He was an avid Dungeons and Dragons player. Scott also had a passion for music and playing the guitar. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and rapier wit, as well as his extensive knowledge of interesting and eclectic facts.
Scott is survived by his parents, Kip and Tanya LaBelle, his twin brother Aaron LaBelle, younger brother Jarod LaBelle, grandparents: Jim and Joan Fuller, Steve LaBelle, and Linda and Gene Parker; uncle and aunts Tod and Irene LaBelle Sr., Shantel Jacobson, and Jodi Parker; cousins: Tod LaBelle Jr., Cora LaBelle, Olivia Fuller, Justn Parker, Jacob Kingsbury, Mileigh Ursuy, Annaleigh Ursuy, and Napatrianna Jacobson; as well as many online friends all around the world.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at W. L. Case & Company, 201 N. Miller Road, Saginaw. Daniel Segura will officiate. Cremation will take place after services. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at the funeral chapel from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Following services the family will be hosting a luncheon at the Wolverine Sportsmen's Club, 14690 Ithaca Rd, St. Charles.
