Scott "Skillet" Jeffery Wing of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, January 2, 2023. He was 52 years old. Scott Jeffery Wing was born on April 19, 1970, to Thomas J. and Betty A. (Ryan) Wing, sharing the same birthday as his mother. He was a proud graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Following graduation, Scott began his working career in building maintenance at various companies including: First Class Business Maintenance, Dow Chemical, and Hemlock Semiconductor. He also worked as a roofer with private contractors. Scott was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, and sitting around the campfire at the family lake house in Oscoda. His little piece of heaven was to be surrounded by the water swimming or boating. He will fondly be remembered for his wonderful smile, warm heart, for selflessly helping anyone in need, and for truly living an amazing life filled with many beautiful memories and stories.

Surviving are his parents, Thomas and Betty Wing of Saginaw Township; brother, Steven Wing of Thomas Township; uncle, David (Kimberly) Wing of Saginaw Township; Gerald Wing of Big Rapids; an aunt, Vicki Colindres of Saginaw Township; cousin, Christopher (Key-Iman) Wing of Saginaw Township. Also surviving are many treasured and cherished friends.

Honoring Scott's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service honoring his life will be announced at a later date.
