Sheryl Frost

Frost, Sheryl Birch Run, Michigan Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday October 5, 2019 at the age of 67. Sheryl was born on February 13, 1952 to Phillip and Frances (Burkey) Buxton in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a graduate of McArthur High School class of 1972. Sheryl later married the love of her life and lifelong best friend, Fredrick Frost on July 3, 1971 in Saginaw. The couple shared 49 beautiful years together. Sheryl had a love for knitting; she made baby blankets, afghans, and slippers. She enjoyed Elvis and watching any movie he starred in, she also loved to listen to Christmas music. Sheryl had a true passion for gardening, but her true pride and joy were her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending much of her time with them, they made memories carving pumpkins, cooking, baking and going to garage sales. Sheryl is survived by her husband Fredrick Frost, and her children Shannon (Ray) Frost, and Kristin (Kevin) Brewer. She also survived her grandchildren Austyn (Clarissa) Frost and Bristol Frost and one great grandchild on the way. Also surviving her is her mother Frances and her sister Billie Cradit. Sheryl is preceded in death by her son Frederick A. Frost Jr. Also preceding her in death are her brother and sister Phillip Buxton Jr. and Carol Ann Buxton. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Friday October 11, 2019 at Faith Lutheran Church, 4241 Williamson Road, Bridgeport. Pastor Tim Behnke will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 3 pm until 9pm on Thursday October 10, 2019 at W.L. Case and Company 5700 Dixie Highway.
