Steve passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Kindy Care Center; at the age of 65 years, looking forward to his 66th Birthday.

The son of the late Charles Vincent and Betty Ruth (Luplow) Owen, Stephen was born on September 16, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a former member of Grace Baptist Church, Saginaw. Stephen was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, West Branch, Michigan. He worked at the Arnold Center, Midland; retiring in 2019. Stephen enjoyed semi trucks, drawing, listening to country music and watching Westerns. He will be remembered for caring for people and making them happy.

Surviving are aunts, uncles, extended family members and many friends.

Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. Rev. Thomas W. Teall will officiate. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. All are welcomed to visit from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral chapel.
