Suzanna Chawla

Chawla, Suzanna Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Thursday October 31, 2013 at Covenant Harrison at the age of 55 years. Suzanna was born September 16, 1958 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Roberto and Lorenza (Morales) Hernandez. Suzanna married Vijay Chawla October 14, 2002 and he survives her. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi (St. Anthony of Padua). Surviving besides her husband Vijay are her children; Jackie (Anton) Hosley; Jose Loperena; one granddaughter Anna Marie Loperena; her step children; Purba, Bhavika, Bhavin, Rock, Andy, Het and Ricardo; three brothers Robert Hernandez Jr.; Francisco Hernandez; Demetrio Hernandez; two sisters SanJuanita Orosco; and Irene Esparza; and by many nieces and nephews. Susanna was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday November 4, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 3680 S. Washington. Rev. Thomas Schmied will officiate. Friends may call at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. where the family and friends will meet for a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. and then at the church Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
