Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper, with her family at her side; at the age of 61 years.

The daughter of the late Philip and Frances (Gripentrog) Smith, Suzanne was born on October 5, 1961, in Flint, Michigan. She attended Clio High School. Suzanne was a waitress at Grapevine for many years of loyal and dedicated service. Suzanne had a fondness towards frogs and turtles. She was an avid Redwings fan. Suzanne enjoyed playing cards, Yahtzee, and bingo. Above all, Suzanne cherished the time spent with her family and loved ones.

Surviving are two daughters, two sons and their spouses: Amanda “Mandy” Leech and Brandon Bicknell, Michele and David McDougall, Buddy and Jessica White, Phillip and Elizabeth White; twelve grandchildren: Aaron (Kimberly) Leech, Kaleb Leech, Anthony Leech, Christopher White, Nevaeh McDougall, Donna McDougall, Cadience Ferman, Evelee Stevens, Daisy White, Gabriel White, Makenzie White, Jakkob White; brother and sisters: Robert Smith, Louann Smith, Barbara Tanner, Laurel Tanner. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Besides her parents, Suzanne was preceded in death by her brother: Philip Smith; and sister: Cheryl Hallett.

Honoring Suzanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date, in the Summer of 2023.
