Thomas P. Kelly Bridgeport, Michigan Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle went to be a Christmas angel on December 23, 2015, at the age of 69 years. Tom was born June 5, 1946, in Buena Vista to the late William and Mabel (Gilbert) Kelly. He retired from Bridgeport Public Schools where he worked for 34 years. He was a friend to everyone and a stubborn Irishman. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, deer hunting, Casinos, scratch-offs, beer, golfing, and his "girls", Lilly and Daisy. He will be missed by his wife Diana (Cherwinski/Beardslee) Kelly; children, Wendy (David) McKnight, Kathy (Juan Torrez) Kelly, Tom (Gayle Fisher) Kelly Jr., Dawn (Carlos Mason) Kelly, Kurt (Rondie Falk) Beardslee, Keith Beardslee, Kristy (Justin) Schalk; grandchildren, Sean, Juan Jr., Michael, Whitney, Mikayla, Selena, Christopher, Antonio, Brandon, Marcello, Megan, Wyatt, and Adeline; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Dixie Hetrick; special niece, Kellie Rottman; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends; and "bro" Butch Krumenaker. He was predeceased by his son William Clinton; and siblings, Loris Hayes, Del McNalley, and Bill Kelly. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Mary's 6th floor Critical Care for the wonderful care they provided to Tom and family. Funeral services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2015, at W.L. Case & Company 5700 Dixie Highway. Fr. Richard Jozwiak will officiate with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
