Tom S. Ruckle

Ruckle, Tom Saginaw, MI The family of Tom Ruckle celebrate the life of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his home. Age 64 years. Tom is the son of the late Richard and Alice (Miller) Ruckle; born on September 16, 1952 in Clare, MI, raised on Eight Point Lake in Lake, MI and moved to Saginaw in 1976. Tom married Mary F. Flattery on April 30, 1977; she survives him. He had been employed by Ventaire Windows as a salesman and later owned the company. Tom belonged to the National Rifle Association and was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. Surviving besides his wife, Mary, are two daughters and their spouses: Renee Blake, Ashley (Andrew) Eikholt both of Saginaw, four grandchildren: Cayden and Karley Blake, Breana Mack and Lachlan Eickholt, his brother Dale (Gloria) Ruckle, sisters-in-laws: Annette (Richard) Adams, Eileen (Donald) Meyer, brothers-in-laws: Thomas (Jackie) Flattery, John (Gary Rivard) Flattery, sister-in-law: Ann Flattery and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides his parents, Tom was predeceased by his mother-in-law and father-in-law: John and Jean Flattery, his brother Gary Ruckle, brother-in-law Patrick Flattery and his nephew, Robert Eudis. Tom's family extends their gratitude and appreciation to Covenant VNA Hospice for the intelligent, loving, and compassionate care they gave Tom. Honoring Tom's wishes, cremation has taken place.
