Tracey Rose Niedrich of Birch Run, Michigan
Went home to be with the Lord peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Friday, December 20, 2024. She was 68 years old. Tracey R. Fisher was born on August 27, 1956, in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Richard and Janet (Thompson) Fisher. She was a 1974 graduate of Vassar High School. Through her aunt, Tracey met the love of her life, William A. Niedrich, on a blind date. They dated, fell in love, and were united in marriage on July 23, 1988; he survives her. She worked as a clerk for the Richville Party Store and later became the proud owner and operator of her own lawn care company, TR Lawn Service. What she loved the most, above all things, was to be a loving and dedicated wife and mother. Tracey was a longtime and faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church in Bridgeport. She enjoyed spending time traveling throughout the Upper Peninsula with her family where they would eagerly hop on snowmobiles and have fun. Tracey used to say, “they worked all summer long so they could play in the winter.” She loved family, especially spending time with her many great-nieces and great-nephews. Tracey enjoyed going to craft shows and watching tennis. She will forever be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, for the love she had for those she cared about, and for truly living an amazing life filled with many beautiful memories and stories.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, William A. Niedrich of Birch Run; son, Jeremy Niedrich of Birch Run; daughter, Amanda Niedrich of Saginaw Township; brother, Hugh (Devra) Fisher of Vassar; sister, Jeanne Zarko of Tuscola; brother-in-law, Donald Niedrich of Essexville; sister-in-law, Susanne Niedrich of Birch Run. Also surviving are many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends held closely to her heart but too numerous to mention.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Janet Fisher; mother- and father-in-law, Donald and Esther Niedrich; brother, Richard Fisher Jr.; brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Niedrich; sister-in-law, Linda Niedrich; nephew, Shane Niedrich; an infant niece, Trisha Niedrich.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Covenant Palliative Care, Covenant VNA Hospice for all the love and care they provided to Tracey and the family.
Honoring Tracey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Faith Lutheran Church 4241 Williamson Road, Bridgeport, MI 48722. Rev. William W. Hessler will officiate. Friends are welcome to visit with the family on Thursday at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., Saginaw, MI 48603 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Faith Lutheran Church in Bridgeport or Covenant VNA Hospice. Please share your thoughts and memories with the family at the funeral home, church, or through www.casefuneralhome.com.
