Travis Jacob Weigandt-Griffor

Left his Earthly body and gained his wings on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the age of 29 years. Travis was born on September 29, 1988 in Saginaw to Steven Weigandt and Denise (Tom George) Griffor. He married Sarah M. Whitman on October 29, 2009; she survives him. Travis was of the Wesleyan Faith. He enjoyed reading Stephen King novels, music, tattoos, the outdoors including hunting but most especially cherished spending time with his children. Surviving besides his wife, Sarah, are his mother and step-father Denise (Tom George) Griffor and his father Steven Weigandt, his children: Gunner and Bay, his siblings: Jeremy Weigandt, Megan OBrien, Justin (Amanda) Weigandt, Evan OBrien, Jenifer (Paul) Truax, his grandfather Larry Weigandt and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Jerry and Marlene Griffor, his grandmother Marylou Wiegandt and his special nephew Oliver OBrien. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the wishes of the family.
