Valentine John "V.J." Kwater

Kwater, Valentine John "V.J." Saginaw, Ml) Passed away Monday, October 9, 2017, at the home of his brother, David, in Wayland, Michigan, at the age of 63 years. The son of Chester and Lucille Bott Kwater was born on April 1, 1954, in Saginaw. He had formerly worked for Wolgast Construction and Graham Construction. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, traveling, and going on cruises. Surviving him are his mother Lucille, of Saginaw; son Adam (Teal) Kwater, of Longwood, FL, and daughter, Cassie (Tom) Kremer, of Bellingham, MA; grandchildren AJ. Kwater and Reynold Kremer; brother David (Mary) Kwater of Wayland, Ml, sisters Sandra (Jerry) Moser and Mary (Tom) Dierich, all of Saginaw, Ml; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester; granddaughter, Mya; and grandparents, Valentine and Mary Kwater and Valentine and Mary Bott. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2017, at W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Fr. Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of service.
