Vaughn E. Lietzke

Lietzke, Vaughn E. Auburn, Michigan Loving son, husband, brother, uncle and friend passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the age of 41 years. The son of Roger and Phyllis (Kleinow) Lietzke was born on June 29, 1972 in Detroit, MI. Vaughn graduated from Heritage High School, the class of 1990; he then graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He married Sandra A. Janczweski on April 17, 2004; she survives him. Vaughn was employed at Nexteer Automotive. He enjoyed working with computers and while a senior in college competed internationally in a robot competition, which took first place. Vaughn also enjoyed video games, puzzles, downhill skiing, and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving besides his wife, Sandra, and his parents Roger and Phyllis are his siblings: Russell (Jaime) Lietzke, Brian (Melody) Lietzke, Laura (John) Addington, sister-in-law Krista (Brian) Maciejewski, his father and mother-in-law: Michael and Karen Janczewski, 8 nieces and nephews: MiKayla, Carley, Sydney, Christopher, and Marcus Lietzke, John and Andrew Addington, and Gage Maciejewski, and many aunts, uncles, and dear relatives and friends. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2014 at Hopevale Church, North Campus, 4873 N. Center Rd. Rev. Dan Davis will officiate. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and on Monday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
