Vonda C. Ziembo

Ziembo, Vonda C. Saginaw, MI Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother went home to the Lord on Friday, March 7, 2014, at the age of 83. Vonda was born May 2, 1930, in Chesaning, MI to the late Clarence and Emma (Gasper) Gerding. She enjoyed gardening, reading the bible, and swimming in her pool. She took great pride in decorating her home. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard "Dick" Ziembo; her children, Mark (Sheryl) Ziembo and Lynn (Joe) Galganski; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Dale (Margaret) Gerding and Sharon (Denny) Moore. She was predeceased by 5 sisters. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at W.L. Case & Company 5700 Dixie Highway. Fr. Thomas Schmied and Rev. Jerry Larkin will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. www.casefuneralhome.com
