Walla Jean Daubert Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the Cartwright Care Residence following a brief illness. Age 80 years. Jean was born August 6, 1935 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of the late Winifred (William) and Margaret (Elbert) Teachout. She married Robert Kenneth Daubert, February 5, 1954. He passed away August 2, 1995. Jean had been employed by Saginaw General Hospital, Daily Pickle and Graber Shade Co. After retirement, she and her husband moved to Albright Shores. Jean enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, crocheting and eating out with her friends. Surviving are two sons, two daughters and their spouses, Kenneth Robert and Carey Daubert; Patricia Jean and James Suppes; Janet Mary and Rick Spitz; William Alfred and Ophelia Daubert; 5 grandchildren and their spouses, Robert Daubert; Emily Daubert; Jessica and Justin Turner; Janna and Chelsey Spitz; Ricky and Danielle Spitz; 4 great grandchildren, Maxximus Lee, Quinn Marguerite, Charlie Emma and Cannon Walker; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and a sister, Jack and William Teachout and Mary Diffin. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Pastor Kurt Weber will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
