Wendy Louise (Thompson) Schark

Wendy Louise (Thompson) Schark Oconto, WI formerly of Saginaw Went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Bellin Hospital in Wisconsin. She was born August 19, 1951 in Saginaw, MI to the late James Edward and Leona Alma (Briggin) Thompson. Wendy obtained her Master's Degree in Communications from Eastern Michigan University. Her faith was very strong and she was A-Okay with riding in the passenger's seat with God driving. Faith and family defined her life. Wendy was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Oconto Assembly of God Church, and the Machickanee Players. Wendy is survived by a daughter, Rebekah (Michael) Ebbensgard, Abrams; two sons, Andrew Schark, CA; and Erik Schark, NY; two sisters, JoAnne Yule, MI; Susan Ross, MI; two brothers, Michael (Clydette) Thompson, MI; James (Mandy) Thompson, MI; five grandchildren, Piers, Jacob, Kate, Mackenzie and Emily; one great granddaughter, River. She was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Jean Thompson; brother-in-law, Laverne Yule; and Godmother, Gerry English. Memorial services will take place at 12:00 noon Saturday, November 12, 2016, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
