Paul, William Jackson II "Bill" Saginaw, Michigan Passed away suddenly Friday, April 8, 2016, at his home, at the age of 61 years. He was born June 29, 1954, in Huntington, West Virginia, the son of the late Alberta (Campbell) and William Jackson Paul. He graduated from Huntington East High School and attended Marshall University in Huntington. He moved to Saginaw in 1976, where he had been employed by GMAC Financial Corporation. He married Robin A. Arnold on September 28, 1977 in Pearisburg, Virginia. He also worked with his wife in her business, Mid-Michigan Child Care, in the food program. He was a member of SAE (Sigma Alpha Epsilon) Fraternity, and was an avid fan of Marshall University and also the University of Michigan sports. He was a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge in Saginaw. He loved music and going to concerts, playing tennis, and his dogs, Charlie and Punkie. Surviving are his wife, Robin A. Paul, Saginaw; one sister, Lana (Brian) Spicer, Marion, Illinois; three sisters-in-law, Cindy (Billy) Pierce, Freeland, Cathy Finch, Saginaw and Tracy Arnold, Greensboro, North Carolina; nieces and nephews, Dak (Marybeth) Hardwick, Crissy Rains, Sean (Crystal) Spicer, Rachel (Walt) Gibson, Casey, Haley and Noah Crabtree; great-nieces and great-nephews, Carrington and Camyron Rains, Carter Spicer, Gina and Silas Gibson; and many dear friends and colleagues. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Roberta Bunch, and his parents-in-law, Charles and Rachel Arnold. A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2016, where his family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on the West Lot of Marshall University Football Stadium.
